A New Chapter: Bayview Hospital Urgent Care Opens
On 12 June 2025, we officially launched our brand-new Bayview Urgent Care facility — a long-promised expansion of our service to the community and a testament to our commitment to advancing healthcare in Barbados. This milestone marks the start of our next chapter in delivering high-quality, accessible urgent care close to home.

With dedicated space, fresh design, and a team of skilled clinicians ready to serve, Bayview Urgent Care Centre stands prepared to meet the evolving needs of our patients. From prompt treatment of minor injuries to timely interventions for urgent medical conditions, this facility reinforces Bayview’s position at the forefront of private healthcare in the region.

Welcoming Ms. Kathyann Ollivierre
We are delighted to welcome Ms. Kathyann Ollivierre as our new Medical Group Chief Operations Officer. With extensive experience in Finance and a proven record of operational excellence, Ms. Ollivierre is set to lead Bayview into this next chapter of growth and innovation. Her leadership, vision, and dedication will be invaluable as we continue to enhance our services and support our talented staff.

A Fond Farewell to Ms. Reid
We also take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Jules Reid, who for eight years has served as Hospital Administrator with unwavering dedication. She guided Bayview through numerous initiatives, operational enhancements, and service expansions. Her leadership, professionalism, and care-centred approach have left an indelible mark on our institution. While we will miss her presence, we wish her the very best as she embarks on her next journey. Thank you, Ms. Reid, for your extraordinary service.
