My whole birth experience seems to have gone in a flash but the things I won’t ever forget are the smiling faces at the front desk, staff that made me feel like no question or request was too big or insignificant.
I have to say that I was happy with everything. I had to have an emergency C-section and the nurses were very attentive. The recovery experience was great. The nurses would come and help you get around, the after-care was really good.
I really want to stress on the pleasantness of it all. It really is something that stands out to me the most, it felt like a motherly type of environment. It was so clean, my wife is a very germ conscious person. We were allowed to bring snacks which never made it upstairs because Nicole gave birth in 20 minutes that’s how comfortable she was.
