Kathyann is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and executive leadership.In her role as Chief Operating Officer, she has full operational and financial oversight of Bayview Hospital and its sister companies. Her strong financial background, extensive management experience, and proven track record in governance and compliance make her well-positioned to lead the Bayview Group in its next phase of growth and development.

Our Hospital Administrator (Ag), Major Marilyn Patrick, boasts a rich professional history as a registered nurse within the Barbados Defense Force. Over her 25-year military tenure, she oversaw medical and dental services and held the esteemed position of Officer Commanding of the Headquarters Company. Major Patrick's profound dedication and multifaceted expertise are valuable assets that she now contributes to our team.
