Bayview Hospital was one of the major sponsors and participants in the Ministry of Health’s Caribbean Wellness Day hosted at the Garrison Savannah on Saturday, September 10. The event started with a Fun Walk from 6-7:30 AM and then a Health Fair from 7:30am – 12pm attracting hundreds of participants.
Our partners Medic Response provided ambulatory services for the walk and first aid services for the exhibition which featured, not only products and services, but had an active stage program featuring a number of fitness instructors that led patrons in aerobic activities.
Bayview Hospital was pleased to participate in this year’s event which promoted ‘Healthy Children in a Healthy Environment.’ Special thanks to the Bayview Staff volunteers and to the Medic Response Ambulance Service.
